The lady’s are kind! But my nails don’t look like drips, they look more like a clowns necklace. They don’t wash their hands in-between guests feet, and they use items they drop on the floor on your hands/feet. The snacks and mimosas are great! And the lady who was doing my nails was constantly on her phone setting up appts or answering calls. She even got up and helped another customer while I sat there with my nails half finished. I won’t be returning after what I experienced. (King St)

My two sisters and I went here and had the best nail salon experience ever!! We were helped right away by very friendly staff and served bottomless drinks as well as egg rolls and fruit! They took their time with our pedicures and acrylic manicures. I got exactly what I was hoping for and so did my sisters. 10/10 recommended!!

I was so excited to try out Perfect 10 on King St. as they have great reviews. I was extreamy disappointed to encounter a flight of stairs. I am a wheelchair user and could not access their service. Why is this still acceptable?
