Ok. So this is what I get for cheating on my original nail tech. Anyways after looking at the reviews I was definitely hesitant but not everyone’s experience is the same but here is mine. I Made an “Appointment” (1st red flag) they didn’t even get my name… I Walked in and I said I have an appointment which apparently didn’t matter because I still had to wait and they were busy.(2nd red flag) they had me sit in the pedicure chair for 5 minutes before someone actually came Over and turned on the water(3rd Red flag) now I originally “booked” manicure and pedicure but no one was actually available for manicure (4th red flag) the vibe was such negative energy I didn’t feel comfortable or relaxed at all(5th red flag) the pedicure tech asked if I wanted my nails done .as if I didn’t mention that from the start. And that it would be a very long wait since they were busy. So I said no. (6th red flag) then she asked if I wanted a regular manicure or polish too and I said regular. She called someone over to do my manicure and that tech looked unpleasant she started filing my nail then remembered I guess to go get water to soak my finger nails in. WATER WAS COLD (7th red flag) she didn’t soak them long enough either kind of just wet my tips and that’s it. She rushed through my manicure as I requested only a clean up. AND SHE COULDN’T EVEN DO THAT. (8th red flag) now as the one doing my pedicure also felt rushed smacking my nails with the buffer.(9th red flag) AND THE CHERRY ON TOP as she’s filing the gel polish at the end she cuts me with the nail filer. (10TH RED FLAG). So I leave this review for any future readers wanting to come here. Definitely customer service is something they (the ones that helped) highly lack. Pictures for reference.

Not a very good first time impression. I came with my mom but she was started way before I even had someone to work on me. When someone did start to work on me she did not even speak a word to me. She started to work on my feet and got to putting callus remover on one heel then just got up and went to work on someone else?!?! 10 mins later she came back and said Nothing! When she finally got around to painting she was sent away and someone else who I believe to be the owner or manager possibly took over and painted my toes realy quick and sent me on my way. Half my pinky toe ended up being painted not even on the nail. They do not look nice at all. My mom ended up being done like 30mins before i was. Very disappointing

I Got a mani and gel manicure . Whoever did my pedicure did an awesome job . She took her time and results were great . I had someone else do my manicure while I had my pedicure . This one not so great . I felt like she didn’t care much and wanted to just rush through to get to the next customer only . Not even a week from my manicure and my polish was already cracking and chipped off . I’ve had gel polish before and it lasted much longer than this and never had cracking issues . My daughter also got gel mani and hers chipped just a few days after as well . Probably won’t be going back .

this is by far the best nail salon around! my mom is extremely handicapped and they ALL make the best effort to help us out and accommodate her. I would hug them all for what they do for us. Of course all of our nails and waxed look great everytime too! Acrylic nails

First and last time I will come to this nail shop. It was rushed. First thing the lady cut me. Did not apologize. Did not work very long on calluses. Instead of exfoliating them she cut them. Warm towels stayed on ten seconds. Only one coat of polish. Very disappointed!!! Pedicure

I usually don’t give bad reviews but I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. When I walked in, no one greeted me or said anything. I went to pick out my nail color and another lady walked in right after me and she was greeted and wanted a pedicure. Then, the lady at the front asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said I had an appointment for a mani and pedi. After that, another lady that worked there took me and the other woman back at the same time. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes and then the lady from the front that greeted us sat the pedicure supplies in front of the other woman that came in after me and who did not have an appointment. Still, no one had come and prepared my area. After waiting that long and the treatment I received, I walked out. There was no use of even making an appointment. I have been to this nail salon many times and this has never happened. I understand that they were busy and probably short handed, but to not be acknowledged and then to acknowledge someone else that walked in after me and didn’t have an appointment is what was upsetting. This makes me not want to go back and was such poor customer service.

Do not waste your time! I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years, they’ve only gotten worse during this time…today was the straw that broke the camel’s back !! I’ve waited very patiently but no more, they don’t care if you’re a customer or not…they do not greet you, they do not treat you with respect to your time…go down the street to Swan nails or Modern nails ….Maybe if they lose enough customers, they’ll make some positive changes. I won’t be going back. Very disappointed They let me sit there and waste 2 hours of my time, then tell me they just don’t have time to do my nails, it was time for them to close!!

Arrived and was told just a few minutes. They seated me at a pedicure seat within 5 minutes. Waited 35 minutes and nothing had been started for me – water was cold, still no tech for pedicure or SNS.

I have been coming here since it open but recently the services have been horrible. I think they changed products because they are not the same ♀️ Got my nails done and the acrylic the employee did on my nails were very bumpy and the acrylic was all over my cuticles and skin. And when I tell the nail tech she act like she don’t understand a word I said. I just told the owner I would be back in 2 days to get filed down and repolished. Customer service is horrible I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I went to the place to pamper myself, I haven’t done it for a long time, I expected an expectation, but actually I was disappointed with the nails, totally horrible, it was not what I expected, I showed a design that I really wanted and they made me a design that any preschooler would do this, I’m not satisfied with my nails.
