She took her time with this as well and was friendly throughout the whole experience! The salon doesn’t smell bad like other salons, it’s clean and their massage chairs even massage your glutes! Found this place when I came in town and needed a fill and a pedicure. Traci took care of me and was so wonderful. She was friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. The pedicure she provided me was superb! I opted for the deluxe with had callus remover, sugar scrub, massage, lotion and a hot towel. Very clean and great customer service. My mother needs a walker and they were very accommodating to her. Cleanliness and someone acknowledging you as soon as you walk in the door are my top priorities in a nail salon. They had both and more!

The female owner was extremely rude when I tried to ask her to fix a nail, she told me to wait for her brother or to come back when he got back from the dentist. I told her that I’m not waiting and won’t be back and she snapped at me and said “that’s fine with me!”

Honestly this was a terrible trip to the nail salon. My mom and I went in to both get gel mani-pedis. We waited over an hour just to get seated at one of the chairs. The lady used the wrong polish on our toes, and blamed us for her mistake. She told me going in that she could be able to do nail art, but didn’t inform me that she couldn’t do the pattern I had showed her after she had already painted the accent nail it was going to go on. Never go here, it is not worth it at all.

After waiting 45 minutes (they do not take appointments) my daughter and I asked for mani/pedis using gel. After having the pedis done and when further questioning during my daughter’s manicure the lady doing our nails says she did not use gel on our toes. She gets angry and blames it on us. I had written it on their sign in sheet that we wanted gel mani pedis, picked out gel colors she told us to pick from and said we wanted gel because going to the beach soon. She proceeded to do the gel on my daughter’s fingernails and wasn’t too gentle because she was angry. My daughter felt bad and felt to blame and I told her no it was not her fault like the lady was implying but really the lady’s because she didn’t listen to what I had told her we wanted. After her attitude I opted not to have my fingernails done and paid the $95 for pedicures that were not right and my daughter’s gel manicure.

Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!! The gentleman was very nice and was trying to accommodate me. There was one lady who was EXTREMELY rude and interrupted our conversation. It was over an hr wait and they don’t take appointments after 10am?!?! Never heard of such a thing. If I could rate this lower than a “1” , it would be on a negative scale simply to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!
