Poor customer service and lack of experience. One of my nails was injured pretty badly too. They filed down my nail so thin that it almost bled. Anyway, I showed my nail tech, Kim a picture and she confirmed she could do it. It looked nothing like it. It was hideous. Kim filed the nails in way too much, that the sides of my actual nails were actually peeking along the sides of the fake nails. She couldn’t even add the designs and gems on nicely so I had to help with the designs to make it looking natural and organic. The nail tech screwed up my nails pretty bad and I believe me owner or manager, Row, walked in with a rude, ignorant attitude asking me what I want to do next! Umm…you’re the tech. He looked at me disgusted like I had wrong them when it was the tech’s lack of experience that didn’t deliver. Both were not apologetic at all. Row’s attitude was so bad that I had to actually ask him what his problem was, talking to customers in such a manner. Right when he knew that I wouldn’t take such manners, he backed up a little bit. Then Kim disappeared after putting acetone on my nails. They left for 10-15 minutes without attending me. I had to ask to have the nails be taken off. This salon would not likely get another of my business nor my referrals until they get their customer service up. Their service is horrific and they’re not friendly at all. It was not warm and welcoming at all when you enter the salon. If you’re looking for great and friendly staff, look elsewhere. This one will not deliver that! Sorry they wouldn’t let me take photos of the horrible job they did on my nails so I couldn’t share it.

Best salon for fingernail dipping services. Lots of color choices in regular, gel, and dipping powder. The dipping powder manicure and standard pedicure costs $80 for both services and lasts me at least four weeks. For foot health, pedicures are done in bag-lined basins that are changed after every customer. After four weeks the polish on my fingers and toes is still intact but nail growth tells me it’s time to make an appointment. All nail technicians are very good. I request Nara for nail services but from what I see, all technicians are highly skilled. Low, the business manager, is also amazing. He keeps the salon running smoothly and is very personable. The entire staff from the business manager to the nail technicians provide excellent service.

Always pleased with my nails here, designs and pedicures. I always do the powder dipping. The staff is all very friendly. I always make an appointment, they are always busy.

My friend and I came for pedicures and everyone here was wonderful. The service was relaxing and they took their time doing a great job. My feet look and feel amazing! FYI you can only tip in cash, you can’t add a tip on your card.

Low is my go-to! Not only is he an amazing nail tech, he actually remembers you and the stories you tell him, and asks follow up questions on your next visit. He can always tell when I’ve had a long day and don’t feel like saying much, but also when I’m in a goofy mood and feel like hearing some good stories. Low makes my nail appointments seem more like visiting with a friend. I highly recommend him. The rest of the staff are great too, and some of them even remember my name when I come in, even though they’re not the ones doing my nails. So overall a very friendly atmosphere. I’ve suggested this place to many friends and clients without disappointment:)

My second trip to this place I gave the rude manicurist a 50$tip. I had to leave for a trip quickly and would miss my plane. The only reason for this. The experience with her was a combination of being ignored while explaining the work that had been done on my nails previously, cross talk amongst others that work there and a disregard for my my existence as a client. My initial experience, the manicurist talked about other clients while I was getting work done. Truly respect the worth of the service industry but would rather do the work myself than go here again.

Was annoyed that I had to wait 35 almost 40 mins past my scheduled appointment time for Mia to help me….BUT I am thrilled with the job she did!!! Will definitely be in touch with Mia for a fill.
