Price was $70 total due to the soak off and new set – but it was worth it and I’ll be returning ever 2.5-3 weeks to get my nails done. Horrible experience entirely! AVOID THIS PLACE! Came in for an appointment for a Mani Pedi for myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. They did my three-year-old granddaughters and left my daughter and I sitting as they took the nail tech away from us! 45 minutes later we paid for the granddaughter and left! Walked in first thing on a holiday. The ladies were ready and waiting! They got right to it. I got the full pedi which was amazing. The hot wax and hot stones felt so good. The polish was done well, no mess. I got the gel manicure which looks amazing. I usually do my own nails which makes me picky when it comes to manicures but I think she did a great job. Both ladies took great care of me.

They are terrible with their scheduling even when you have an appointment. My nail broke and gel polish chipped after just 2 days and went in to have it fixed but they wouldn’t take me because they were busy (understandably so) and told me to put a bandaid on my broken nail and that I needed to make an appointment. They were borderline rude. I called a couple of days later for an appointmnent for a nail fix and they wouldn’t give me one because they were too busy again but said they would call me back once it slowed down and they never called! Switching to Elite Nails across the street for better service, prices and nicer all around!!

Unfortunately, I’m not able to remove my other review since it’s not giving me that option but I’m writing a good review this time to make up for it.
