NEVER EVER get a penny from me AGAIN, have been going there for 8 years, the owner did pedicure on me (FIRST TIME) and ripped out an in grown cuticle and my toe bleeding awful and hurt SEVERALLY. I hollered & said “that hurt, what are you doing?” She didn’t say sorry, I supposed she thought that was normal (not for me).Kept on working on my toes and damaged toe would not stop bleeding. The owner didn’t apologize or say not charge me. I have had peds for years AND have never experienced this. My toe got infected and had to wear flip flops. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

I came here because I was in the area and my nail was chipped so I came in to get it repaired and my set repainted. My nails turned out disastrous. I asked for matte and ring finger jewels. She painted over the nail dust from the drill as you can VISIBLY see on ALL of my fingernails causing actual rough spots on my nails. The jewels aren’t centered and she cut my cuticles by using a drill!! Matte? Hardly, at the last minute she sprayed alcohol on my nails and rubbed off the top coat. $60 for a fill. Money completely wasted!

If I could leave 0 starts I would!! I have been trying to find a new salon since I recently moved to the area and let me tell you this place is NOT it!! I max an appointment for 2 manicures and specified when I made the appointment that we both needed dip powder fills. (I get my nails done every 2 weeks, I am aware that they fill dip powder) we get in the salon and aren’t impressed, but hey, let’s give them a shot. I had black and white long coffin shaped nails with growth that I just wanted filled. No cut, no color change, just a fill of what I currently had. The lady was trying to do both of our nails at the same time and tried to cut my nails as soon as she sat infront of me. I pulled my hand away and said no, only fill, no cut no trim, she grabbed my hand back to look at them again while another tech came over to “explain” that “you can’t fill dip powder” and as he is talking to me she cut my nail off! At this point I couldnt fix it, I wasn’t going to have one cut off nail, so I told her to just take them all off and leave them natural, she wrapped them in foil with so much remover it was running down to my elbows. Then she proceeds to do my mother in laws nails, who just wanted dip powder color on her natural nails, she chose the color and specifically asked if they had that color in dip powder no polish and was told yes, so she proceeded to let her do her nails. 45 minutes later I still have foil and remover on my fingers and was never checked on, the lady dipped my MIL nails in a clear and tried to paint them the color after lying and saying they had the color in dip, so she said no don’t do anything else that’s not what I wanted I wanted colored dip powder. The lady finally walks over to me takes the foil off and says okay your done go wash your hands. I still had fake nails stuck to my nails, sticky residue and build up all over my nails, and the lady wouldn’t clean them up. And then, had the audacity to charge $55 dollars for the “service”!!!! Absolutely horrendous experience. If you need a nail salon in the area go across the street to California nails! (They take a while but their work is amazing) DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!

I am not one that really likes conflicts so I didn’t really say anything but I honestly hate my nails I asked for French tip aryics and got the French tip dip I wanted them share she made them round and I felt like she didn’t really care to be doing my nails at all it was done in maybe 20min max looks super sloppy and didn’t clean up my nails either definitely going to be going somewhere else from now on.
