I’ve gotten several different services here and have only been satisfied with one. I paid several thousands for laser hair removal which I saw absolutely NO difference. I’ve decided to move on from this spa and will get any future services at a Drs office where I’ve had actual noticeable results. I’d suggest not to waste your money at Perceptions because all they will say is they couldn’t guarantee anything. I’m pale with black hair, the best type of laser candidate so I’d guess they lasers are not effective enough. I’ve had laser through a Dr office and only had two appointments and I’ve never had a single hair grow back. With the lasers at Perceptions, it looks as if I’ve never even had any laser hair removal after 4 sessions!
