The Peoria Himalayan Salt Cave was my first salt therapy experience. I was extremely please with how clean and well-maintained the environment was and that the staff are endlessly knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly toward guests and toward each other. The session was extremely relaxing and they offer a great selection of salt lamps and other wellness products, some of which are made in house. I truly noticed how much I had benefited from the treatment on a hike in the woods a week or so later… My sinuses and breathing were steady and easy in a way I do not recall ever feeling previously in my life. I look forward to going back to the Peoria Himalayan Salt Cave and highly recommend anyone curious to try it out!

We are a family of 4 with kids 19 and 22. We all enjoyed the experience and you buy 3 sessions you get one free. Great value. We all suffer from allergies and felt great afterwards. I hurt my hip a couple of months ago and haven’t been able to walk up stairs normally … the day after the session I could walk up normally so I assume the injury was inflammation.
