Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe customer service experience was horrendous. I received a haircut and keratin treatment two days ago. The haircut was the worst I have ever received. See the first picture to see that it was uneven, jagged, and crooked. I like to give the benefit of the doubt so I first reached out and shared a picture with the stylist. She was initially accommodating but the first chance she could fix it was today, two days after the haircut. I had to go to work with the embarrassing haircut.This is where things really began to go downhill. You would expect that coming in for an appointment to fix a haircut you would have a place to sit and they would ensure you leave happy.Instead Jackie was aggressive and telling me about how she has 29 years of experience. When there is a haircut done this poorly the amount experience is irrelevant, just fix it.They didn’t have a chair for me to sit in to get the cut fixed and she didn’t even give me a cape to cover my clothes. I had to stand in the middle of the salon to get it “fixed”. I say “fixed” because the after is not all that much better as you can see in the second picture.This was my first professional haircut since the pandemic began so I was very excited. But if this is how the salon treats their customers I will never go back.I used to recommend this salon, but I can never send friends here again.Services: Hairstyling, HaircutThe customer service experience was horrendous. The customer service experience was horrendous. I received a haircut and keratin treatment two days ago. The haircut was the worst I have ever received. See the first picture to see that it was uneven, jagged, and crooked. I like to give the benefit of the doubt so I first reached out and shared a picture with the stylist. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery unprofessional. Waited for 30 minutes just for them to cut my hair for 15 minutes. Showed her a picture of what I wanted my haircut to look like and my hair came out nothing like the picture. She insulted the color of my hair the entire time she was cutting it. Worst hair salon I’ve ever been to.

Jackie is so kind, caring and down to earth. Her level of professionalism and exemplary skill set is a hidden gem.
