Overall, it was a good experience. Very attentive, no wait if you make an appointment. But the only thing that didn’t sit well with me is that, on call they told me refill was $45 and with my chrome … it would be $50. But after my nails were done, they said $60. It’s annoying. Make sure you confirm the price before they start doing your nails.

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and I used to love it. I always get long nails and my nail lady, Ni, would do me up PROPER. I loved he creativity. I wood always pay between $100-$130 depending on the design and bling. Unfortunately, she left. My first time there without her was A DISASTER!!! They didn’t have anyone who does long designs and they did a horrible job matching colors. It was the end of day when I went and they even refused to put bling on my nails because they needed to close up. It was rude to have me sitting there as she is standing up putting on her coat as my nails are drying. They charged me WAY MORE than what my nails usually cost too. When I confronted them on the phone the next day, I was rudely told to come into the shop the next day. When I got there I immediately noticed that they put up a BRAND NEW price board on the wall. I didn’t say anything to the manger to see if she was going to be honest about jacking up the price and over charging me. She lied straight to my face defending the price I was charged two nights previously. I WILL NEVER GO THERE again! Service received: Basic Spa Pedi , eye brow wax, Long nail with design no bling. Total $185.

They can put anything on you want and they do beautiful work but as always, not only the holidays, it’s extremely large should wait even if you have an appointment only take you right away you still wait for a minimum of two hours.

I came in to get hard gel removed from my nails and they filed them down so thinly that they are now completely brittle and break constantly. I had such healthy nails before and am so sad about what they did to them. Will not be going back.

I’ve always had great experiences here. I go for waxing and the occasional mani-pedi, and they are efficient and do great work. For nails, it sometimes gets really busy, so it might be a good idea to call ahead.

Original nail tech left in the middle of my service. Another girl came over to finish but dipped 3 nails 5 times total, some other nails 3 times, some 4. It was rushed and not paid attention to. I left with stained hands because she forgot to have me wash before she applied the final coat. And the techs were using buffers and files back and forth between me and the lady next to me- not sanitary at all. It seems like they tend to overbook and rush through their work.
