Went there to get gel manicure. Was there a total of 25 mins. Color was uneven and ridged in some places and thin in others. Literally the same day a part on my thumb flaked/chipped off. The nail tech tried to convince me to upgrade to a dip but I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra money. Only giving two stars as I was able to get in without an appt.

I enjoyed getting my mani and pedi here. Everyone was nice and welcoming. It’s a clean space with safe covid precautions in place. Really enjoyed my pedi massage, I needed that after a long work week. It was a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend when most nail salons were super busy. This was the third salon I called and they could take me in five minutes even though they were busy too. I walked in and got service immediately. Jenny/Thuong, my technician, was attentive and regularly checked to see how I was feeling/reacting. She did a great job with my nails. Highly recommend this salon!

BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE US A RIPOFF! I stopped in 6/14/22 to get a FILL!! I was told they were NOT able to fill them, after new tips only three weeks old!! They said they must be removed.for 5$. And a new set of acrylic tips required for a whopping 55$.not including color. I was so mad and voiced my concerns ,and I just wanted out of there.So I just had them removed (soaked) and had them gel painted the cost was 42$ . All I needed and wanted was a fill!! Ultimately I walked out very unsatisfied. Ther are many nail salons in Maple Grove I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

I’m only giving this place a two because in the end my nails did turn out cute and the customer service was nice but the rest of my experience was not. They guy that did my nails made me bleed on almost every one of my fingers, cuticles and underneath my nails while he used the electric and nail files. Also, my nails turned out very thin and only last two days before two of them broke off. Not to mention this was the most expensive nail place that I’ve been to in my area for an acrylic set. Can’t say that I will be coming back here.

The deluxe pedicure was great! At my age my toenails are hard and my calluses are thick. A hot soak and the right lotions enabled the manicurist to take care of everything. Staff was friendly, engaging and thorough. The massage chairs do a great job.
