I saw Amanda for the first time today. My hair is wavy, thick, and very long and she did a fantastic job lightening up the weight and making my hair happy and healthy again. She didn’t pressure me into dying out my grey or into buying products. I have an appointment scheduled for my daughter in 2 weeks and I plan to schedule an appointment for myself again in a couple of months!

RUDE!!! had to cancel wife appointment due to her getting covid. Was told they would let the hair stylist know and they understood. Wouldn’t charge us a cancelation fee and would allow her once got a negative test reschedule. 24 hours later the stylist sent rude message saying thanks for wasting my time, and that should would be charging us for it. That’s so unprofessional and rude. Don’t support this place.

The first visit was great! Then I scheduled to curl my hair with the stylist . When I showed up at the studio . They switched another stylist to curl my hair without informing me ahead! She is very sweet, but my hair did not get curled at all! I can tell she is not experienced to curl my hair. She had to ask her coworker to apply the solution! A few hours good chat. Unfortunately my hair is still straight! No professional service!

Myself and my 3 daughters get our hair done at this location. It’s right off the interstate so its easy when I am coming form the north end of Pensacola. Every stylist here at this location is great. I have referred several people and they have all been happy. It’s also super nice and the shampoo bowls are super fabulous. They are really convenient to park and they have a restaurant attached so when you are coming after work you can grab some food too. I look for Redken salons and I am glad I found this fabulous location.

Penton House downtown is the best!! The people here are so amazing. They are so friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. I enjoyed a mimosa while having great conversations with everyone. Having the cafe there was cool too! It’s a great atmosphere and they just do an amazing job all around. I highly recommend if looking for a great experience.
