I will admit I was so so nervous getting my first Brazilian wax and my biggest fear was the pain. I can honestly say, it was wayyy better than I expected. I’ve been to Penthouse Beauté three times so far and I absolutely love getting wax now. Krystel is so professional and she makes you feel so comfortable. I just moved to the Dallas area and was looking for a new waxer that offered sugaring services. I used hashtags on instagram and came across Penthouse Beaute and decided to give it a try. I scheduled an appointment for Brazilian sugaring, ingrown mask and underarm sugaring. While my initial appointment was rescheduled, I didn’t mind because 1. she let me know way ahead of my appointment 2. offered a discount for the inconvenience 3. was able to schedule the same time a few days later. The day of my appointment I arrive and the set up is nice, very cozy, very relaxing. Krystel was friendly, we talked through my whole visit. The waxing was very gentle and quick. I enjoyed my first visit here and will definitely be coming back! Thanks!
