My sister made an appointment here for me to get my hair styled for her wedding day. 2 days before the wedding she checked in with them and they told her they could not style my hair. This appointment was made well in advance. I live hours away. They simply said they couldn’t fit me in with the stylist that the appointment was made with and that no one else could help me either. Really? Not our mistake! And for my sister’s wedding. Not a small event. I would NEVER go here OR recommend this salon to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude.

I started going to Pentangles when someone recommended their massage therapist to me…….her name is Darci. She is the BEST massage therapist I have ever used !!!! I then started using Lauren for my haircuts as my regular hairstylist moved. They are all great and will continue to use their services.
