I called that morning to make an appointment for me and my friend for a full set of arylic nails for each of us and when I got to my appointment they didn’t actually schedule her in so they had to squeeze her in between other appointments. The service was blunt and be cause they didn’t schedule her in they were rushing for both me and her and our nails did not turn out 1) how we asked or 2) good. The next day after I got them done the polish started wrinkling like it didn’t set correctly so now my nails look unprofessional and unfinished. I am frustrated because I paid the whole $60 for this service and my friend also left a 15% tip on top of her $60 purchase despite pur displeasure with the final product. Hopefully this was just a one time mistake but I will not be returning to this business because honestly I’m disappointed.

Thumbs down on this one. Kept telling him to bake my gel nails shorter he didn’t want to. Did a nice job on the gel nails but my fingers got so sore from them being too long and getting turned back that I went in to have them removed. They were rude and unpersonable and kept talking in their native language thinking I didn’t know what they were saying but I could tell they were saying my last name. I would never go to this place ever again my nails are ripped up torn apart and they were rude and impersonal.. overpriced and they also charged me $15 to remove the nails that they had put on and destroyed my nails and didn’t get them completely off the gel nails some if I were you I would never go there,,,

Penny’s nails has a older male nail tech that is absolutely terrible! He burned my cuticles several times & when I said “ouch that burns” he blamed me. My cuticles had lil scabs in them the next day for gawd sake & it wasn’t my fault I was very still! He was very rude & seemed highly agitated & it made me very uncomfortable. He also left for 2 smoke breaks in the middle of my nail session. Plus he gave me long nails when I asked for short nails. Never again will I ever go there again absolutely terrible service & maybe he’s a lil racist IDK it felt very ugly!

Absolutely love this place. Went as a walk in for the first time and everyone was super friendly and joked with me. I Sked for a cobweb design and the gentleman doing my nails went above and beyond. I will definitely come back.
