Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called early June to make an appointment. I scheduled for a Wed. She asked that if I needed to cancel that I would call and cancel the appointment. I found out Monday night around 11:30 PM that I would have to work that overtime on the Wed of my appointment so I called her early Tuesday morning to cancel and apologized to.I called today to schedule an appointment with her using days i knew I wouldn’t have a conflict and once I gave her my name and phone number she said didn’t you make and appointment with me before. I said yes I did I had to cancel because i had to work over that day and that my job only notices me a day or two in advance. She said well that is unfair to me. I said I understand that but I can’t help when my job forces me over I’m sorry I had to cancel. I said if you don’t want to do to do I guess I can find some where else. she replied you can just find somewhere else and hung up on me.I understand places are appointment only right now but this was uncalled for and unprofessional.
