My daughter had a plastic earring backing completely embedded into her ear lobe. A local ENT Dr. Wanted to place her under general anesthesia to surgically remove it. We instead went to Dr. Burke and she was able to remove the plastic piece by applying numbing cream and carefully using special tweezers. She was so kind, and efficient. Highly recommend! Side note- our appointment was 9 but we were not seen until 9:45. But it was worth the wait!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Hines for several years and have received excellent service and advice every time I had an appointment. The only drawback is that he takes all the time necessary to discuss any concerns the patient has (this is a good thing) and his schedule gets delayed.

The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She told me about moles I had questions about. When I arrived in the waiting room I was afraid I would have a long wait time because of all the people waiting but I may have waited 15 minutes before being taken back. And I didn’t feel rushed when in the exam room. I would recommend this office to others.
