To start, Mrs. Noira was very responsive when I reached out to her initially to make an appointment. Although she was a few minutes late getting started on my hair, her positive energy and gentle spirit superseded that. She is very neat and meticulous when she braids, which I really appreciate. Overall, I am not only satisfied with the wonderful job she did on my hair but also my experience at Peniel African Hair Braiding Salon.
