I am very pleased with my new eyebrows and eyeliner that Penny put on. She is really quite the artist! I love how she designed my eyebrows and how precise she is. Very happy, friendly and compassionate and cares about her clients needs. While she was doing my permanent cosmetics, my husband was in her salon getting a hair cut. Such a friendly environment.
