Clean place, friendly staff, their work looks good, but I ended up not using their services. They do not have the best time management/scheduling skills. My appointment was for 5:00 pm, I arrived maybe a minute or two before my appointment, was seated and given the pallet to choose from. 10-15 minutes went by and no one came to work on my nails, then 20 minutes, and by the 30 minute mark I was fuming, so I walked out. I just moved to the area and went here because of the reviews, but the wait was not worth it for me. I could be speaking from a place of ignorance, but the few times I’ve had nail appointments, they’re on time. At most 10-15 minute wait while I pick a color and nail tech gets setup, definitely not 30 minutes. I did not have time to have my time wasted today.

Update: I have now been here 3 times and love it every time! The people are always so nice and my nails look great and last a long time! Cannot express how much I love this place! They also gave a nice foot and hand rub; so relaxing!

I used to really like this place but today I had an appointment. I told them I would be on my lunch break. They still had me soak my nails for literally 40 minutes and then she started to do my nails, only after I reminded her again, while using the same gloves she was just using to work on someone else’s feet. She put 3 coats of clear on before even starting and dried my hands one at a time between each coat so I got back to work late and left without even finishing. Very disappointed and I will not be back. The lady they have that is helping is the only reason for the 2 stars

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years now. Yesterday I tried a new salon and Diane was amazing. She stayed open an hour and half late just to fit me in. She didn’t cut any corners! I love my nails and how wonderful everyone there is! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks again!! ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️

BEST shellac/gel mani ever! In 2 Days it will be three weeks and they have yet to chip! I got a Groupon and will definitely be going back! I was a little late because of traffic and they stayed late with no complaints or rushing me!
