Amazing, delightful, personable, caring, professional and a perfectionist. I can’t say enough about Colleen Pembroke’s services and who she is. I just finished my touch up eyeliner appointment. I’m confident after the initial work that I will be just as pleased after the normal swelling goes down. I just had her put in some brown on top of the beautiful black subtle lines from a month ago. I’ve had so many compliments and now 2 of my friends will soon have her do their eyeliner. Colleen is the best!
