This was my second time at the salon and it was a wonderful experience, Mrs. Penny is amazing and gave me great advice on what products would be best for my hair. I highly recommend going in to see her. She gives you information and makes sure that you understand what works best for your hair five stars all the way. Fantastic customer service.

I came to Miss Penny with a mess on my head. Came into the new year neglecting my hair but she worked some magic. I have thick coarse hair that takes can get crazy but my hair was handled with care. Miss Penny is knowledgeable ad friendly. She has a wide array of services reasonable priced. Will be making multiple visits in the future.

Penny @ Pelorgels is awesome! After the 1st time back, I noticed that my hair was more manageable and had a shine I hadn’t seen for some time. Penny applied a special Organic conditioner – Penny’s Hair Mask, made for my hair, leaving my hair as straight as if I had a perm. Not to mention, my hair has body and it is retaining moisture again – before coming back to the salon my hair was really dry and brittle. I recommend Penny @Pelorgels to anyone.

I’m highly satisfied with how great Penny was with me and of course doing an amazing job to my hair. I was calling around to several places trying to find someone to just cut my hair off for me just because of how damaged it was and I came across Peloogels Hair Spa, and I called Penny and me not knowing they weren’t opened she told me to come in anyways and she’d see what she can do for my hair. She gave me a BANGING Rice Treatment that made my hair a texture that it has never been before ; SOFT, SILKY and a boost in convince about my hair. Not only did she save my hair but she talked me out of a decision I wasn’t ready to do, which was cutting all of my hair off. I’m soo grateful for finding this amazing salon; If this was any other place i would’ve went to they would have never even tried to save my hair. I’m so pleased with how genuine Penny’s service was to me, she didn’t have to come in on her off day.. Penny hands down is talented.
