Mon- Thursday appointments only walk ins welcomed Friday and Saturdays. They are real nice women who take care of their tiny clients. I have my 18 month old who loves to get his hair cut with the ✂️ and clippers they also have alot of toys and goodies to buy in the establishment.

Took my son here for his first haircut. Obviously he cried but the lady who was cutting his hair was so patient and calm. She did an amazing job with his hair. Can’t wait for the the Downey location to be reopen. Forsure looking forward to taking him here more and more for haircuts. The people working in the Norwalk location had amazing customer service. Really love this place my son usually has a hard time with getting his haircut but because his place was full of colors and life for kids it made it very easy for him to sit still and watch a movie while he got his haircut after they also had a jumpy house for him to play on and they also gave him a free toy after 10 out of 10 recommend

Critical: ProfessionalismI took both my kids to Pelitos. For my oldest son I asked for short on the bottom, medium to long on top so he can comb to the side if possible only scissors. This lady decided to do what she wanted she did all same size all around and on top left son long . For my toddler I asked only with the scissors and she did but she did such a bad job it was so uneven . I understand I got there before closing time but they said they can still help me so they did. If I would have known what a rushed, unprofessional job they were going to do I would have left. I would never go back again.
