Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in a few weeks ago for an eyebrow maintenance. A new employee, Jennifer, was the one doing my eyebrows. I have had great success with all other employees in the past but not Jennifer. Jennifer told me that she has vision problems in the process of applying wax to my eyebrows!! That was scary to hear. Honestly, it felt as though she had never waxed a man’s eyebrows and did not have the proper training to do it. I have waited a few weeks to leave this review because I needed my emotions to calm down before I said too many angry things. My eyebrows were completely 100% butchered by Jennifer and I was in such shock when I looked in the mirror I didn’t know what to do and so I paid and left.I returned about 15 minutes later and was not offered a refund but a good aesthetician, Olya, was able to slightly make it look better but I am still living for the next few months with messed up eyebrows. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the spa. I should’ve immediately been offered a full refund upon returning but instead I not only paid my full price but I felt the need to provide the second excellent aesthetician, Olya, a $20 cash tip because she took her own time out to attempt to correct Jennifer’s mistakes.I went in a few weeks ago for an eyebrow maintenance.
