Was Neche last appointment for a silk Press. When she seen she had to detangle my hair, she copped a major attitude and stated, “oh that’s going to be an extra $20.” I even apologized and didn’t mind at all paying the fee, but her attitude threw me off. I was always nice and always tipped. Haven’t been back since.

So I went to this shop back in October of 2021for a sew in installation. I was serviced by Neeche. It started off a little bad I thought my bundles were dry and they weren’t but here’s where it went all the way left. After my installment I knew my head would be tight but I should’ve never had bumps around the edges of my hair. Once I seen that I immediately took it down. As I am taking my hair down I notice chunks of hair is just falling out. Long story short I had to cut all my hair off due to the damage and breakage caused by the installation. Now yes my natural hair was not in the best of health because we had a conversation about it before the installation began but however she knew the installation was going to further damage my hair. If she would’ve communicated that with me I would’ve chose a better protective style.
