Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give it no stars I would. Me and my mother came to this salon to get pedicures. As soon as they got started, they start laughing and giggling to each other. At first I didn’t pay it any attention until the lady doing my toenails pointed to my mom’s nails, talking and giggling. My mom got upset by this and used google translate to see what they were talking about. To my horror, they had said that our feet (us being African American) were disgusting and how they we’re scared to do them because of how they looked. Mind you, both of our toenails weren’t ugly looking or not taken care of. We look at the translation more and saw that the other lady said “why must black people’s feet look so bad and smell bad too. I was mortified. As a result, we got out as soon as we could. If I could give it no stars I would. Me and my mother came to this salon to get pedicures. As soon as they got started, they start laughing and giggling to each other. At first I didn’t pay it any attention until the lady doing my toenails pointed to my mom’s nails, talking and giggling. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLen and Cindy are truly the best. They are super detailed and just awesome!!! I’ve been to another place recently and it’s just not the same standard. At Pedi Spa I get detailed attention and a lengthy leg massage! The other places I’ve been rush and barely massage and they are supposed to be a high quality place. They may look fancy with the lighting and amount of chairs but they do not compare. Len and Cindy are truly the best. They are super detailed and just awesome!!! I’ve been to another place recently and it’s just not the same standard. At Pedi Spa I get detailed attention and a lengthy leg massage! The other places I’ve been rush and barely massage and they are supposed to be a high quality place. They cut nails properly so you don’t get ingrown nails, they are very clean and very friendly! I highly recommend! I love this place! They massage your legs and feet for soooo long! They cut nails properly so you don’t get ingrown nails, they are very clean and very friendly! I highly recommend! They do take their time to do an excellent job so if you do come, plan on spending a while in the chair. But the chairs are very comfortable, and the people are so nice! They remember me by name and treat me like family! 11 out of 10!
