I love how over the years I have consistently gotten quality work done on my nails at this nail salon. This is also one of the cleanest nail salons I know in Tri-Cities with excellent sterile technique. Worth every $1!

The person that did my nails did a great job. They were patient and gentle. They were able to get me in as a walk in and that was nice. The price was reasonable. I like the color options but the color I asked for did not seem to match the color on the bottle. I didn’t complained because the bottle was clearly makes the color number I selected. It was a nice color just not the color displayed on the option chart. Also the person doing my nails clearly had what I am assuming is a wart on their thumb. I noticed because I kept having to rest my fingers on the wart and my resistance to do so seemed to interfere a bit with my nails getting painted. Again it was a great experience and they did a great job i just don’t want to get a wart (I know it is uncommon for them to spread but if resting my finger on it is not close contact I don’t know what is). I would love to go back and don’t mind this person doing my nails again I would just like to see a barrier of protection between my skin and any warts.

I drove by & saw this establishment & thought to myself I need a pedi. I was greeted nicely & didn’t have to wait. I was seated in a very nice pedi chair. The water was just right. My technician went over the different types of pedicures available. I selected shellac with a design. My toes look so pretty & feel soft. Anytime you can get the paraffin wax, you should. Makes a huge difference to me. They only thing I didn’t care for was starting with one technician then getting another 1/2 way through. I just feel bad about having to split the tip. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely go back for all my pedicures.

The ladies are always nice and welcoming, and they do an amazing job. If there’s something wrong they will fix it to your liking. Out of everywhere in Tri-Cities I only bring my business here. The shop is super cute and always feels clean.
