Came in as a walk-in, on Tuesday night the salon was very clean, and the staff immediately greeted us and were very friendly! I had a pedicure and my boyfriend got a manicure , they sat us next to each other which was very sweet! The prices are very reasonable for the great service! I’ve been coming to this salon for about 4 years now, they never disappoint loveeee their customer service and cleanliness !!

Experience was fantastic, staff were friendly, professional, and gave great service. One of us lost a ring after leaving and the staff who weren’t working with guests stopped everything, put on gloves, and pulled apart seat cushions and trash bins to make sure they got it back until they found it. Was floored by how genuinely awesome everyone was, will be back soon!

Went to this spa in early September for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. Was told to wash my hands and immediately ushered to a pedi chair where a man went to work on my pedi and a woman started my dip nails. I felt terribly rushed in picking a color. They were super quick, I’ll give them that. I was very happy with my toes but the dip mani left much to be desired. There was no manicure involved. The dip was not shaped at all. My nails were bumpy and thick. And I think the powder they use is cheap as the color was very uneven. It has been a long time since I’ve had a dip mani and forgot about the shaping otherwise I would have called it to their attention. Left much to be desired. Just an FYI to others.

I came here for sns dip powder and ended up being here for 3.5 hours and they did such a terrible job, one broke 3 days later. Came in the get it fixed and had to wait another 2 hours. This place is a joke. Even the people who have appointments are waiting. I will never be back! I left without them fixing my nail Pedicure, Dip powder

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went in with my daughter and nieces for pedicures. The nail tech rushed the kids polishes after saying that she didn’t have time to let their feet soak. She tried to rush my pedi so I went ahead and told her that I didn’t need the pedicure. My polish looks so thick. I could scream. My toenails are the only thing that I pay to have done, so I take it pretty serious. I’m not a bad customer, in fact, this is my first review. I really don’t trip about small things. I went in with my daughter and nieces for pedicures. The nail tech rushed the kids polishes after saying that she didn’t have time to let their feet soak. She tried to rush my pedi so I went ahead and told her that I didn’t need the pedicure. My polish looks so thick. I could scream. This place is terrible with customer service. I made an appointment, showed up at my time. I sat and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. 4 people walked in after me and we’re taken care of. When I inquired I was told they are backed up. They forgot about my appointment and that’s terrible. I tried this place once before and was disappointed and I was reminded why today.

Just very disappointed. When you make an appointment at 3 o’clock and you go in and the entire place is full and no one acknowledges you. Then you wait for an hour and no one even has a courtesy even letting you know when They can see you. Complete waste of time. There was at least six people who had appointments waiting that no one was able to see. Do not take appointments unless you can service the clients!!
