Critical: Quality, ValueI was so excited to try this place because of the reviews and just how amazing it looked. The staff was sweet and nice but my nails turned out less than exceptional. I didn’t take a good look at them until I left but once I did I was so shocked. The shape isn’t even close to what I wanted. And what happened to my thumb? I added a picture of what I wanted and how they turned out and I am so sad and disappointed. I should have checked it before I left and been more verbal about how much I dislike them. They are crooked, shaped incorrectly, and the design isn’t even close to what I asked. I would have just gone with a simple color instead of a design if the nail tech would have told me she didn’t know how to do the design. I wouldn’t have minded. I was so excited to try this place because of the reviews and just how amazing it looked. The staff was sweet and nice but my nails turned out less than exceptional. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve had a very positive experience here. While I’m used to the chain salon’s service of “get in and get out” I’ve enjoyed the my preferred stylist Makenna to know me, know my hair and know what I like. The head massage, warm towel, and shaved neckline (with the razor) is desired and now I can’t imagine getting treated any other way.The staff is very welcoming and friendly. While I’m used to the chain salon’s service of “get in and get out” I’ve enjoyed the my preferred stylist Makenna to know me, know my hair and know what I like. The head massage, warm towel, and shaved neckline (with the razor) is desired and now I can’t imagine getting treated any other way.
