As a travel nurse finding a good spa and massage therapist is a must when I’m working at a new assignment. Pearl’s Spa did not disappoint. Everyone working there is so friendly and the little items at the front were reasonably priced as well if your looking to do a little bit of shopping. I have been to over 50 different massage therapists throughout the world and I will absolutely say Kristen is in my top 5 of the best I have ever been to. I made sure to book her every couple of weeks and do it in advance as she is so good she can book up quickly. Due to scheduling last minute I booked Levi a couple of times and he does a great job as well. If I am ever back in the area I will not hesitate to book a massage with Kristen again and highly recommend pearls spa to everyone!!!

I have been bragging about this place to everyone, because they give such great massages, and I love the atmosphere there! I have been a dedicated customer there for years. That being said, I just called to reschedule a 90 min massage at 5 pm the night before my 12:45 appointment because I just tested positive for Covid and they wanted to charge me half the price as a penalty for not calling 24 hrs. in advance. It was 19 hours in advance. I told them that if they were going to charge me, I was going to come in. They told me they would check with the management to see. I am going to wait until morning to call back and make sure they aren’t going to charge me, because if they do, rest assured, I am going to go in for my massage. 🙁

A beautiful place to relax! I got my first body polish with Elly followed up with a massage and she has magic hands! The entire experience felt absolutely amazing! My skin feels so soft and hydrated. I would highly recommend this spa and Elly!

I had a hot stone massage with Alexandra today and she was nothing short of FANTASTIC. She was attentive, personable and her skills are outstanding. She put me at ease the moment we met and she truly has the healing touch! I walked in stiff and full of stress, but I walked out so relaxed. I cannot wait to book another session with her!

I would like for everyone to know that I have been coming to this spa for 8 years with my mother, and I never thought I would be treated so poorly. The morning before my massage I woke up with fevers, chills, etc. I spoke with the front desk explaining the situation and you can hear in my voice how sick I am, and yet they still said if I don’t come in I will be charged a cancellation fee. I am shocked that a business I have supported for years is treating me like this.

I had a very nice and relaxing Jan Marini Essential Facial. She did a good job of explaining the steps of the facial and deciding what products were best for my skin. My skin is very prone to redness and irritation and she used very gentle products and I didn’t have any redness or irritation on my skin and my skin felt very clean after.

What an incredible Spa. Bravo!!!! The Biss Package was amazing. All services 5 stars!!!!!. I do miss the lunch that came with it but enjoyed the robe and slippers. In the future will you be bringing this back seeing that I get this package alot for gifts and only need one robe? Thanks
