Markeeta and the rest of the staff are very professional, personable, and they show patience with the kids which is a major plus for me. For example my daughter can be fake tender headed sometimes and the staff is GREAT at working through those moments with my Liz. Booking online is easy and convenient. As a single dad I had been searching and searching for someplace to entrust my daughters hair care to and the search is over. This was our second visit to Pearls, Curls & Girls Salon and Spa Parties and I just love this place!! Markeeta and the rest of the staff are very professional, personable, and they show patience with the kids which is a major plus for me. I go here on a regular basis. I’ve had a different stylist for almost every visit so that I could see what each experience would be like. I have not had a bad experience. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. They help me figure out any information I need to understand as it relates to my hair. If I had to pick something for them to work on it would be washing my hair. They are used to being so gentle with their clients that are children that there isn’t a transition to adult heads that takes place. I would love for them to get in there and ensure my scalp gets cleaned well. I always have to say, I’m not tender headed, get in there! Otherwise, I love it here!

Today was my 3rd time here. The first time my daughter had her 5th birthday party here. It was a princess tea party theme. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. The second time I took my other daughter to a mommy and me date for her birthday. WE BOTH LOVED IT! And today my daughter got her very first wash and straighten by the owner. The atmosphere is always relaxing. The ladies are nice. Never any issues with customer service. The salon is decorated cute and girly and they have complimentary drinks for children and adults waiting in a mini fridge. I felt my daughter was taken care of and this will be her new salon home. My only issue that I had from my first time was the polish seem to just come off the next day but I think everyone deserves a second chance and so when I came the second time I didn’t have the same experience. The polish lasted weeks. They have a variety of services and no one should hesitate to come.

Pearls curls and girls was easy to find, great parking and the inside of the salon was beautiful. There was plenty of places to sit and everything was tidy and clean. I made an appointment at this business on 9/16 for today. It was for a mommy and me package for my 2 daughters and I. The young lady that booked me was less than knowledgeable and seemed a bit irritated when I, as the customer, didn’t know what they provided (it was my first time stepping foot in there). She stated the package was $90 and we discussed the logistics as a friend was going to bring her 2 nieces for the same package. Upon arrival this morning I was told it was going to be an additional $40 because the package only allowed for 1 girl and 1 adult. I informed her that wasn’t what I was told and she said she would talk to her manager. Upon returning she reiterated that it would be an additional $40 and asked if I knew who booked me. I said no, and asked could she not see that in the system, she said no and I recommended she cross reference the date with the schedule. I also cited how that information was not printed ANYWHERE.

I missed my daughter’s appointment with her regular stylist because I had written down her appointment wrong. So my cousin recommended that I try this salon because her daughter is a regular customer. I was in a bind and needed my daughters hair done for her prek4 graduation and dance recital pics. I was able to make an appointment online. Needless to say both my daughter and I fell in LOVE with this place. The salon is kid friendly, clean, and has excellent customer service. I love the booking system that’s in place and the reminders that are sent out. I love how efficient the process is from making online appointments to checking out at the end of the appointment.

Nice establishment, ok service. However, for mommy and me mani/pedi, it would be nice if adult supplies were on standby for that service (nail clipper, cuticle trimmers etc). I paid full service prices for someone to semi wash my foot, pretend to file my nails, buff and paint. The time listed states 1hr 30mins which I expected an actual mani/pedi service, but it took 35 mins tops. Disappointing to say the least.

I have been looking for a full service and professional salon to care for my natural hair. I had an appointment yesterday with Rakia for a hydration treatment and flexi rod set and it was a great experience. The salon aesthetic is beautiful along with the customer service. Rakia was knowledge about my hair and did an amazing job styling it. And that hydration treatment was EVERYTHING!! My hair feels amazing. I will definitely be back.

She was so welcoming to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. The stylist, Keona(not sure if that is the correct spelling) did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair and was very patient. My stylist, Tamera, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable putting my natural hair in her hands, gave me lots of great hair care tips, and she really does it all!
