I would absolutely recommend this place. I sent a message to them back in March about a week and a half before my wedding because it was not working out with the girl I had initially asked to do my hair. Jenni got back to me and squeezed me in for a hair trial the week of my wedding and I loved how it turned out. She was super friendly, sweet and very accommodating. She even washed, blow dried and straightened my hair the day before my wedding to make it easier the day of – free of charge. She came out to the place where I was getting ready the morning of my wedding and my hair turned out amazing. And it was for a very reasonable price too. I loved my experience, 5 stars all the way.

This place was a terrible experience all around, absolutely terrible. The first time I had my hair done, the girl butchered it. She left chunks of color everywhere, didnt seem to understand the basics of cut, style, color, or even styling. Please keep in mind that I am not trying to bag on her abilities, but I’ve never seen a stylist charge that much for what seemed like someone who just started training. She was going to let me leave with half of my head not fully dyed. This place was by far the worst hair experience of my life, and I am an understanding person.

Charissa is amazing! Very professional, listens to your wants and needs, offers ideas, and provides amazing customer service. I have been coming to Pearl Salon since they opened over 3 years ago and it is beautiful and relaxing. Gorgeous pearl colored paint and calming music. She does high quality work and I particularly get my hair colored, cut and she does my extensions! I get lots of compliments on my hair! Love this place!

My new FAVORITE place to go!!! One stop shopping!! Bryana did an AMAZING job on my lashes!! Filled them perfectly and they have lasted. Quality work and lashes!! Charissa did the habit hand tied extensions in my hair and I LOVE them!! So amazing. The gals here rock and do the most quality work around!! Worth every penny.

I would like to share my experience at Pearl, both because it was a wonderful experience and also because I was another client who happened to be in the salon on the same evening as the client who gave the nasty 1star review with all the complaints regarding Caitlin. I was there when Caitlin took the call and kindly fit the woman into her schedule that same evening. The salon was not dirty, did not have trash around and Caitlin was very kind, although quiet. I’d like to address one other thing specifically: if you’re getting a haircut and your hairdresser asks you to uncross your legs there is a legitimate purpose in that, which is that you cannot get an accurate haircut when you are not sitting straight-come on!! That is a completely understandable request. I listened to this woman ask Caitlin to fix or change several things on her hair and never once did Caitlin disagree but kindly and gently did her best to appease her. I know all this because I was the only other client in the salon and Caitlin was cutting her hair between my color and cut. In conclusion, I hope if you’re still reading this, that you can understand that for whatever reason this woman was not happy with her visit, it is completely unreasonable and untrue. I walked out that evening with a gorgeous rose gold balayage color and a fresh new cut, thanks to Caitlin! I wish you many more happy clients, Pearl, and keep your chin up, there will always be a “sour apple” here and there when you’re in the customer service industry!

Approximately a year ago I was in desperate need of a new stylist. I had previously been a Paul Mitchell die hard but when we moved to the Gorge I could not find anyone who listened or colored my hair the way I was used to. I went to FB for suggestions and was told about Pearl Aveda Salon and specifically Rachel Niemela. I contacted her and she got back to me very quickly asking for picturw of my current hair and what I was wanting done. My drive was an hour, but I didn’t mind if Rachel was “the one” I was looking for. Well as I stated above it’s been almost a year and Rachel is “The One”. I love the color, cuts and conversation. My 7 year old has had to go with me on occasions & she is so good with him he just loves her. I am very grateful for this lady and Highly recommmend her services.

Had super blonde hair just wanted a tad brown in it and a nice blonde. So she put very few lowlights and toned it. $120 down the drain . I came out with lots of grey hair so she told me it will wash out in a wash or two. So a couple washes later my hair is back blonde but with a lot of orange ;( I hate it so much. she claims It’s just time to tone my hair again (only 4 days later!!) so very disappointed . I’ve never had such a terrible experience and a hair stylist should offer to fix it and not push the blame on you. I would post a picture but it’s not showing me an option to post a picture
