We went in here to get mine and my daughters nails and feet done for our Birthday and we stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and then when they asked my daughter what she wanted she showed them a picture and they was rude to her and told her that she needed to make an appointment for something that complicated but very rude and disrespectful towards her. All she wanted was to get something cute with designs on her nails for 18th birthday. Did not like how we was ignored at first and then treated with so much disrespect

Before I start my review: GO TO FAMILY NAILS AND SPA! They are only 3 minutes up the road from here and have many more gorgeous colors to choose from plus they have excellent customer service!

Sat waiting for a hour to get my nails done. People walked in after me and they immediately started on their nails. This was multiple not just one. I do understand people are short staffed but there was no reason 3 r 4 people should have been started on before me. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in the door the staff seemed happy with me leaving, definitely will not go back. I want to add it was nowhere near closing time it was early afternoon so that was no excuse. It seemed as if you’re not a regular they don’t want to help you.

Great people and great quality of work but very unsanitary. The person who did my nails just pulled the nail clippers out of their desk drawer and they were dirty. The tools they used to do my dip nails also looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I know somebody who has gotten an infection from this place. Would 100% make this my regular nail shop if they autoclaved their tools after every knew client.

I never had a problem before but today was horrible one of the nail technicians copped an attitude with me after they messed up my nails.. They had an off day today. Little girl need customer service skills. Plus she was talking about another customer in front of me not cool. I live in Texas and all I wanted was a fill in I never had a problem before but I wont be back to this place.
