This salon is VERY unprofessional. As a licensed Cosmetologist/ nail tech I was very disappointed leaving pearl nails. First of all while I was in the salon the OWNER told another employee to Lysol the money she was just given because it was “dirty money” when another customer checked out. Once my service started (dipped powder with added tip) it started out rushed and ended even more rushed. My nails were poorly filed before starting the process. When applying the nail tips they were rushed through and so much glue was used she actually glued her finger to mine. The tips were not applied properly and fully to the nail leaving a gap between my natural nail and the tip allowing water/ residue to get trapped between. When asking for my money back Molly the owner told me I had to get my nails taken off before she would do so. She took HER nail and tried to pry in between mine and the tips to pop them off. Not having the time before work to PROPERLY soak them off I ended up leaving with busted nails and no refund. I will NEVER return and highly recommend going elsewhere.

Zari did my nails today and she fixed them perfect considering they wernt done profedsiinally along with being very friendly and clean. Definitely will be coming back for my next balance! Shes so precise which I love!!

One side of pinky is clearly much thicker than other side, most of my nails feel uneven on top and even bumpy, under the nail was not filed smooth as it should’ve been on any of my nails. Thumbs weren’t done properly, the fake nail lifted off both thumbs and it wasn’t filed down or fixed in any way. With tip I paid $70 for my nails and it just wasn’t worth the money I paid. Molly always does a wonderful job on my nails hate when shes booked up but im happy to say years of going and Awesom services keep me coming back. I drive an hour just to see her.

Horrible , paid way too much for a crappy job . Never again will I go there the girl that did my nails worked too fast n careless sloppy job on gel nail polish. Left my nails with acrylic bumps in nails running polish until cuticles. Just to name a few , though staff seemed a bit friendly. Sad it was a horrible experience .

Pearl Nails & Molly is the ONLY place i will ever go. I never have a bad experience & my nails are always perfect. Molly knows exactly what i like i am always able to just let her do what she wants. She also does my eye brows & they are PERFECT every time. I have had pedi’s by Molly & she is more thorough than anywhere i have ever been. She’s done my lashes & they looked great & lasted almost 4 weeks. I literally will not go to anyone else. I love her & her staff. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WAIT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I also will not go in this salon without an appointment because they all have so many clients & are booked a lot of the times. The girls also are not rude they do their jobs & mind their business. I have nothing bad to say about Molly, her salon, or girls & probably never will.

They did an incredible job. All free hand and each nail a custom design based off of a photo and turned out perfectly. The artist took additional time to clean and make sure my daughter felt comfortable and had a great experience. They turned out great and my daughter was thrilled with her nails!
