Critical: QualityPretty picky when it comes to my nails and the only reason I went here and not my regular place was so my sister and I could go together before she left for vacation. The people who did our nails were rude, like we were a burden being there. I asked for dip & got gel. I wanted grey & got white. I wanted coffin and they just shaped them however they wanted clearly. Way too expensive for the quality and poor job that was done. Very slow service as well. We were there for two hours when normally I’d be at the nail salon for an hour max. Also tried to charge me $10 more for ombré when clearly there is no ombré. I can’t believe I actually walked out of there with my nails looking like this, but I definitely walked out disappointed, and frustrated. I came here to get my nails done for a special event and Nina did an amazing job!! She’s super careful to not hurt you when trimming cuticles or using the dremel tool. I showed her pictures of some styles I liked and she got all of my requests spot on. It’s been almost 4 weeks since she did my nails and they haven’t budged at all. Super durable and pretty. Photos don’t do any justice. They look gorgeous in real life!! Definitely recommend getting your nails done here by Nina.

This place is wonderful, the staff is so friendly and always makes sure you love your nails or they will re-do it without hesitation, no matter what design I ask for I have never been disappointed and if one of them can do it they work together to make sure you leave happy. Nina, Jenni and Bon are all wonderful friendly people my daughter and i will never go anywhere else.

I have given them 3 chances and I’m just very upset with the experience. I had made appointments before and had to wait over 2 hours before the started the pedicure and I went last week again and they told me to wait till 10:30, I came back and they made me sit in a chair for another hour. After, we had one lady do both myself and my friends nails at the same time going back and forth. When she was done my nails already looked like they were growing out since the gel didn’t go all the way down and she was rushing. Lastly, I’m disappointed that they increased their prices including card payments .. I don’t mind paying more but they need to do a better job!

I am picky as hell and they are the best nail salon in the Southtowns!! They are friendly, sweet and extremely clean. They offer a little bit of luxury where you can have a glass of wine and they put fresh rose petals and fresh citrus slices in your soaking bowl! Great little family owned small business and have never been disappointed! Given how good they are, I recommend making an appointment because the word is out!

Love this nail bar always go here for my dipped nails or white tips and literally last 3 weeks no chips, breaks or scuffs. I have my hands in water all the time scrub brushes behind the bar as part of my job work with chemicals and the dip is my favorite. I also take 4 kids ages 10-15 and all get dipped or acrylic and lasts. Staff is great and doesn’t damage any of our nails by over grinding or cutting cuticles highly recommend to get nails done here. For kids and adults perfect little parents and me days.

Had to call 3 times to schedule an appointment. Finally got through and scheduled 2 pedicures for 6:00 (this was scheduled a week in advance!) Our feet weren’t even touched until 6:42. My nails weren’t even trimmed, they were trying to tell me I HAD to use gel (which costs $20 more!!) And my sister had to pick 4 different colors because they were out of every other color….and then charged an extra $5 like it was her fault they didn’t have the colors! When all was said and done, we had been there for an hour and a half! Definitely won’t be back!
