The first time I came here, I thought this was a five star place. I loved the spa pedicure. This last time I went, I didn’t feel the same way due to the customer service. First thing the pedicurist asked was if I was pregnant (which I’m not). Yes, I did gain weight recently, but as someone who has worked in retail, that is the number one question you never ask someone. I also have a rub on my foot that the pedicurist kept rubbing and irritating. Lastly, she seemed turned off by scar tissue from a procedure I had in 2007.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAfter five days all of my nails have completely lifted off. I’ve never had a gel manicure do this before but it’s probably due to her completely rushing my nails. They also charged me an extra five dollars for a this blob of glitter on my nail and classified it as nail art. This place is terrible.Service: Gel manicures

Got a regular paint for for a bride and our nails are chipped and bubbly on day 2. Low quality polish, rush-you-out-of-there service. Not attentive to cuticles, filing. Nice pedicure spa option and massage chairs. Make and appointment and let them know if you’re ona time crunch.

First time coming here and it was absolutely amazing!!! Brought my bestie here for some pampering before her big day and this team went above and beyond. Today was my first visit to the salon after reviewing the 5 star ratings on line. Upon entering the salon, I was initially impressed that I was acknowledged within seconds of walking through the door. My rule of thumb is to walk out if not acknowledged within 3 – 5 seconds. The young woman who did my manicure/pedicure was courteous, polite and a model for what quality customer service looks like. The salon is very clean and a welcoming environment. I will return, and would recommend giving it a try.
