Quincy and Tom are super wonderful and attempt all requests for designs and colors for my nails. Often I just give them the basic idea and they suggest the colors that would pull it off. They are always super nice and their work is quality. The one time I did have an issue with a nail, they quickly and graciously made it right.. it is a nice treat to get a pedicure there, they are attentive, have loads of fun colors and the chairs are comfy. A nice bonus is they are open Sundays which is nice since a lot of other errands happen on Saturday and Sunday is all I have available. I highly recommend.

First of all I made an appointment for 11:45 they didn’t start till 12 and the lady who did my nails left my nails soaking in acetone for 15 minutes while she waxed someone eyebrows. Worst nail job ever. First of all I made an appointment for 11:45 they didn’t start till 12 and the lady who did my nails left my nails soaking in acetone for 15 minutes while she waxed someone eyebrows. She barely talked to me. And when I told her I wasn’t happy with my nails, she was very rude and quick with me. They still charged me and refused to fix it. I visited Pearl Nails about 3 weeks ago. I decided to try them because they are closer to my house than my usual nail salon. I told the technician I wanted to keep my almond nail shape but just wanted them shorter. She removed my old dip and did not trim my nails before dipping. When I asked about this she said she would trim them after she put the new dip on and that it would look better this way. She confirmed I wanted to keep my almond shape then proceeded to file all my nails off into short squares. I kept thinking she would fix the shape somehow but there was no turning back after she filed them off. I also asked for just 3 layers of the color and she dipped them so many times I have no idea how many layers of dip I have now. At that point I should have just asked for acrylics. I’ve had bad nail experiences trying to find a good salon for before so I was just going to chalk it up to another lesson learned. What made me want to finally leave the review is that I developed fungus under my cuticle on my thumb. I have never had this happen ever and I’ve been to several salons. This has me mortified. They were also $10 more than my usual place. I will drive the extra 20 min to go somewhere else.

My sister and I came here and we had the best time. Everyone was kind, professional, and very skilled. Everything was very clean and sanitary. Our gel manicures cost $30 each, which for this place was well worth the money! This included excellent nail shaping, beautiful gel application, and a paraffin wax dip and hot stone hand massage. We had an appointment at 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. Rather than rushing, they took their time and provided us with excellent service and beautiful nails! We kept apologizing that it was past their closing time but they were so kind and took great care of us. Definitely coming back and bringing friends!
