Pretty disappointed. I keep going back thinking it’ll be better this time. I just got my nails, chose shilac so my nails could grow without me messing with them, this past Saturday I went and by the next day they were peeling already and Sunday was just a relax/chill day. By today most of them chipped so I just peeled it off because we all know how it gets stuck in our hair and what not. She only put two coats as well and you can still see my nail. They charge you so much and still expect a tip. My cuticles are not even cleaned up. We also where there from 6 to 9

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mom called to make us appointments with specific ladies to do our nails and was told they were there and for us to come at 5:30pm. When we got there we told them we had appointments and the lady at the front table (owners wife) was snappy and said well one isn’t working today and the other is busy The same lady that took the appointment over the phone. So we ended up with the owner and his wife. We were rushed to pick our colors. And when we picked more than one color they they didn’t seem to happy about it. We could tell by they way the owners wife was talking to her husband about it. The lady at the first desk did an absolutely awful job on my moms nails and was extremely rough. Nails are so uneven. She even tried to leave all sorts of dip residue on her nails and hands. I’ve never been one to leave a bad review , but I’ve never been to a more unprofessional place. i went in for a super deluxe pedicure and a deluxe manicure. my nails look great and they even fixed the polish on my toes. the process on the other hand was not so great. they were in such a hurry that i had no time to relax. i have a husband and two kids and this was supposed to be my “me” time. i had one girl doing my toes while the other had me reaching back and forth to do my manicure. there were no scented flowers and no complimentary drinks offered. then again there was no time to even ask or be offered. with only one other person there, there was no reason to even rush. I am also pretty sure they added in a $10 tip into the balance but i didnt catch it until after and i had even included a tip. this was my first and last visit.

Me and my sister got the acrylic nails, and they turned out sloppy. The lady that did ours didn’t take her time, didn’t clean our nails, and didn’t even check to see if the sizes of each nail was the same. When asked to fix one nail she got aggressive the rest of the time and rushed more. The place wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for how bad our nails look. We now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Terrible and not friendly! We called over the phone to see how much they charged for white tips they told us 25 dollars which is the cheapest in town, then we got there and the lady was very rough and rushy. Uneven nails and the other employer was very odd. When it came time to pay, she said 30 so I mentioned she said 25 over the phone she said its 5 extra for white tips so I let it slide and she ended up giving me the full amount of change back as she DIRECTLY ASKED for a tip. Clearly was lying and trying to get more money than owed. Will never go back. Do not reccomend this place AT ALL.

I’ve gone here about three times and have had one or more things go wrong each time. For starters when doing acrylics they dont push back your cuticles, this causes your nails to look grown out by day 3ish. My other issue is that the acrylic is always very thick and the lengths are uneven. When you go here you can tell they just want to get you in and out as quick as possible. Theres also been many times that I’ve gone in and had to wait hours when there were just two people in front of me. The workers can also be very rude and pushy. I’ve given Pearl’s many chances, but I will not be going back. Bn
