This nail salon rushes their work if you’re not an appointment. Their prices are higher than the quality you leave with. I came in today and showed them the design I wanted and they said they could do it. I then was told that I couldn’t get what I wanted after my service was almost done because they had a customer waiting.. I’m a customer too right? Not to this salon, and I left unhappy with no apology and was rushed to pay as I tried to examine what I ended up with. 0/0 recommend. There’s also a huge language barrier so unless you just want basic polish, don’t come here.

This is what I waited 3 hours for. This looks absolutely terrible. Then when I came back to fix it they made me wait another hour & had an attitude and only “redid” one hand. It looks worse & I was told to come back later for the 3rd time. 3rd pic is the “fixed” nail. Worst set I’ve ever gotten.

This is a VERY busy nail salon and it’s in a VERY busy location, the service is good but slow, I’d recommend making an appointment otherwise your wait would be even longer, and I would not suggest you go on the weekends, I only had one person to service me there and I’ve been going for over 2yrs now I love Vicki, she strives for giving the best service and if something goes wrong she will fix it, and she always asked if the color I chooses was ok once she applies one coat.

They charged me $15 to remove 6 acrylic nails ! All they did was pop nails off and I washed my hands and they charged me $15! They originally said 10 and then changed it to 15 when I was checking out I couldn’t believe it! I’ve never paid that much ANYWHERE! RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY!

I had a tech named Mary who was very kind and worked fast. My nails were not perfect but they are pretty. You’d have to stare pretty hard to find the imperfections. I will be going back to her and making an appointment! The salon is very busy. My only gripe is the sliding scale of prices. It’s unclear how much the services are because each menu item ends with “and up”. You have to ask how much everything is because they just keep on working and asking what you want. Also, they don’t use regular nail polish unless it comes in one of their sets. That makes the price jump a minimum of 20 for gel or powder color. I remember when it was $20 to get my nails done. Times have really changed. #80sbaby

I literally just walked out of the shop! I’m sitting in my car writing this review. I asked for matte finish, yes, she did it, but it looks horrible! Then when it was time to pay she wanted to charge me $33! She couldn’t explain to me why she was charging $33! The last time I went there I got the same exact service, fill in, gel polish & a nail repair, they charged me $27! This time I got the same thing, the only difference is I wanted the matte finish. How did it go from $27 to $33? You’re telling me you’re charging me $6 for matte finish? Last time they told me that was free!! Besides that, I had to keep pointing out that all of my nails were not shaped the same, one was visibly lifting and she was just about to throw acrylic on it, she filed my skin! Ugh, just completely unhappy. Excuse my hands in the pic, the hang nails aren’t their fault, lol.
