I have been going to Pearl Nails for 15 years. The ladies that work there are wonderful. Nails, pedicure are perfect every time. I tell everyone about this place. I moved to Huntersville at one point and could never find another salon that could do the excellent job Pearl Nails does. I commuted back to Mooresville every 2 weeks to get nails and pedicure done. Back in Mooresville now and go every 2 weeks. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m never one to write reviews… but after coming home from college I really wanted to find a great salon to go to and being that this salon is located next to a tanning salon I was excited to try it in hopes I would love it! After asking for gel with 3 different colors (very common all over Pinterest) I was utterly shocked by the amount of attitude and insolence displayed by these women even after I expressed I would pay more! This experience left me the most upset I’ve ever been after a nail salon visit, and is why I’m writing this review in hopes to save someone else from this terrible experience! I also understand that everyone’s experience is different and they might have just been having a bad day, however this is a service based industry and I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life, the rudeness shown from ALL the women at this salon was jaw dropping! Save your time and sanity… go somewhere else!!!!!

Anna, the nail “artist” that expertly fixed the rushed, clumpy job that a nail technician from another salon did, was very gentle around the cuticle bed where the other salon’s technician had ground down the nail to the point that it was red and sore. I wish I had come to her in the first place…lesson learned. Ten out of ten, would recommend and will come again!

5:30 on a Sat they close at 6- door was opened and walked in for just an eyebrow wax and she said “we closed- we go home early” – I’m a business owner myself and would never turn away a client- especially 30 min before closing. I got off work and rushed over to be sure not to make it last minute. Poor customer service.
