This is my first and probably last review ever… but seriously… I’ll start off by saying I usually go to pinky’s but I figured I would check out the nail salon right near my house cause I was pressed for time and needed them done for an event I had the same day… BUT PLEASE, Save yourself the embarrassment of having to walk around with your nails done from this place. I’ve never had a worse experience. I have gel polish all over my skin, the women was ripping off my cuticles, my nails are uneven, and totally misshapen. She didn’t even take all my old polish off. They looks horrible. Save yourself the time and money and just go to Pinky’s.

Critical: QualityI am very disappointed with Pearl nail. This is the second time, they have messed up my nails. I literally don’t have time to go back and get my nails fixed again and again. Tom is very good. But the ladies staff is absolutely useless. My toe nail French pedicure just came of right after shower. Last time the same happened my manicure. I am so disappointed. I am very disappointed with Pearl nail. This is the second time, they have messed up my nails. I literally don’t have time to go back and get my nails fixed again and again. Tom is very good. Critical: QualityFirst time going there, they were very rough. They couldn’t seem to keep the drill off my skin. I was never asked what shape nail I wanted, when I finally said something was given an attitude. I asked for almond shaped nails, was given coffin shaped. First time going there, they were very rough. They couldn’t seem to keep the drill off my skin. I was never asked what shape nail I wanted, when I finally said something was given an attitude. I asked for almond shaped nails, was given coffin shaped. Got Gel polish, but they didn’t put a base coat on. Overall not a pleasant experience.
