This is a hidden gem because I’ve never had to wait for service, the place is clean (note the 100 health score!), and they use the liners in the pedicure tubs for extra sterilization. They also have a ton of nail polish colors to choose from. Great place!

One star is honestly way more then they deserve! June 17th I went in to get a full set and this is what they looked like the next day! She made 2 of my nails bleed! She didn’t push back my cuticles until after putting on my acrylic and used a bit to do so. Causing my nails to bleed and look grown out after 1 day!!! NONE OF MY NAILS ARE THE LENGTH! When I flip my hand over you can clearly see all the cuts are crooked, uneven and all different in shape! The acrylic is extremely too thick and lumpy! The polish is extremely uneven even after asking her specifically to repaint spots that were missed. There are specs of dirt and debris in my layers of polish. Wish the picture would show how you can visually seen the uneven paint coats at the bed of the nail! Also when I asked if they could shape the ends a little more round it seems as though she deliberately made them even more unevenly round. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF SERVICE AND AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!! How they have a 100 health score beats me! I heard a customer express a concern about a nail fungus and the lady completely ignored her and continued doing her nails. That customer then left and I saw them use the same uncleaned tools on another customer!! Nothing is cleaned or sanitized after each customer!!

Critical: QualityBefore anyone reads this, just know my nails and toes should be the same color! And my toe color worn within 6 days! It had been since October 2nd I got my nails and toes done and both are gel and both messed up!! Idk if your polish is old but my toes should not just be rubbed off!! Critical: Quality, ValueAwful. I was the only customer so one lady worked on my toes while the other worked on my mani. I asked for black gel matte on my toes and my nails. My toes were perfect. They sprayed alcohol or something on my nails and called it matte because “it took the shine away.” It’s not matte. They are still shiny. They used something different on my toes and they were matte. It has been 24 hours and one of my fingernails are already chipping. Whenever I asked for them to fix my nails to make them match my matte toes, she had an attitude.
