My girlfriend and I made pedicure appointments for 4:30 and we got there a little early. We go in and they say “oh I thought it was just for one” first of all no when we called we specifically said for 2 people, then we called back not even 2 minutes later to make another appointment for my sister because she wanted to come. So only one of us can get their toes done right now at 4:30 and I just sit. Then another customer comes in and says they also have an appointment for 4:30… then they look to us and accuse us of not having an appointment because the other person did. Which is not true because we called. Twice. It’s not our fault they didn’t document and keep track of the customers that make appointments. Long story short I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend.

This Nail Salon is very nice as are the workers. Just walked in with my mask on and I was helped right away. Had my eyebrows cleaned. Nice place and the price was reasonable. Even the customers were nice. I may just go out of my way to continue to be there customer. I am please with the services provided.

I arrived at 1:45 on a Friday no wait asked me what I’m having done and spoke to her associates and it took like 10 minutes to decide who’s doing my nails.I sit down and they give me a dusty basket of colors to choose., the lighting was terrible it was hot in there. The women doing my nails never spoke a word to me. Seemed tired and unpleasant. Everything was dirty and very dusty.Still didn’t choose a color yet. So I asked her do you have Opi cherry chutney? Response was pick color from basket. So I said to the girl at the desk who did absolutely nothing, can you look for this color please or something close. She ignored me. So I said oh sarcastically. During my manicure, the artist told me if i want a french tip with an angulated line on the side instead of straight, it will be a special design and so i have to pay extra for that.
