I highly, highly recommend Andy Shetterly at Peak Performance!! I was recovering from a significant ankle sprain with three torn ligaments. After two months and continued pain, the ankle specialist recommended a scope. I went to Andy first who did manual therapy, laser, shock wave and muscle reactivation. I had significant pain relief after only one visit and returned to all my normal activities within two – three weeks. He listens closely, is very knowledgeable and will personalize your plan to help you get back to all the fun activities you love to do!!

Enter with pain, leave with relief and a plan to stay moving pain free. Very knowledgeable staff with focus areas / specialties. I highly recommend Andy, Kat, and Abigail. Thank you for everything so far!

Andy provided the relief from pain I was hoping for … his trigger point release technique was firm and confident and just below my pain threshold. Exactly what it’s supposed to be! And he’s a very pleasant person to spend an hour with for therapy. I will be going back!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI went to see Andy for some Achilles tendon pain I developed while marathon training. At that point a steroid taper and a few weeks of rest rest had gotten me nowhere and I was concerned I was not going to be able to continue training for my upcoming marathon. Within 7-10 days of my first session with Andy I was back to running with very minimal Achilles pain and ultimately completed the marathon the next month without issues! His manual therapy and radio shockwave machine saved me!!! He has such an excellent positive attitude and is a gifted therapist.—K. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWhere to begin. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. I was having horrible back pain to the point where just walking hurt. I also love running and began having knee pain and wasn’t able to run anymore. A friend recommended Andy. I was skeptical that anyone could help me but I decided to give him a shot. I’m so thankful I did because he is truly a miracle worker. First of all he is so friendly and explains everything extremely well. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his clients. After a few sessions my back pain was non existent. I was in shock. It’s almost like he performs magic because he knows exactly which points to focus on. He also worked on my knee and I was able to start running again.Andy is gifted and I don’t think I’m being dramatic when I say that anyone would benefit from seeing him. If you’re having any kind of pain then do yourself a huge favor and make an appointment. I promise you won’t be sorry.Where to begin. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. Andy was able to help me identify the source of my running pain in muscles. He helped me with shockwave and active release therapy. He is very gifted in this field. I would highly recommend for any runner experiencing discomfort.

After two MRIs and numerous Orthopedic Dr appts/Ortho PT appts, I had two friends recommended Andy Shetterly/Peak Performance Sports Therapy to me. I was having upper back spasms/muscle knots that radiated from my shoulder, shoulder blade and up into my neck. Andy is the best in the area (if not outside the state) in Active Release Technique and Radial Shockwave Therapy. After just two visits, I was in much better shape and able to play in a competitive golf tournament out of town! He is really smart, passionate about his ability to help and his follow-up on your progress is always timely. Without question, Andy will be my first appt I make next time! Thank you, Andy!!!!

I originally scheduled an appointment to address lower back pain issues from bicycling. By the time of my visit, however, minor running injuries were piling up, and I was only a few weeks out from my first marathon. Andy was able to relieve the back pain AND my running injuries (foot and knee) prior to the marathon, and I completed the race without any problems! I also appreciate Andy’s personal approach. He was genuinely interested in my recovery and was happy to communicate back and forth between visits.
