The woman who did my nails 2 weeks ago did an excellent job, the one that did my nails today was terrible. She didn’t massage my legs and my nail polish was still wet an hour after she was done, which means she put too many layers on too thick. When I got home I had to remove the nail polish that smudged and paint them over myself.

It was my first time visiting this salon for a regular mani/pedi. They have a nice selection of colors, DND but other brands too, so that was great. When it came to the service, even though they weren’t very busy, my technician seemed to be a little rushed especially the pedicure. The issue was really the manicure: I was there on a Saturday, it started peeling by the following afternoon so not even 24 hours later.

Do NOT go there. My daughter just went in for a pedicure requesting a french design, was told she is too black for that color, meaning her complexion was to dark to get a french design. Will no longer go there. This day and age for a business to tell a customer they are too black. My daughter felt humiliated, the other customers stood up for her. So humiliating.

LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE went for the first time today. I immediately got a pedicure… it was really quick but efficient… if you want a spa treatment this is not the place for that lol I waited 20 mins.to get my nails done. The staff were polite and really skillful… all of the ladies nails that were done were beautiful! I’m in love with my nails. I will definitely return!

Went there to get my nails done. Gel manicure that should last about 2 weeks was peeling off before the first week ended. They were very rude when I went to tell them about it. I feel like I spent money there and they should at least offer to fix it.

The techs at Peacock never let me down. I always get what I want. Paying attention and speaking to your tech will ensure the job you want is done proper. This group listens well and always come through. There are quite a bit of rude customers who come here and actually come in hostile with fire toward the staff so I understand the dynamic of customer service. They are always kind to me
