Such a shame bc Lash tech Grace seems like a nice young lady & im not the type to leave lots of reviews but I feel it’s necessary. I got acrylic set which were lovely & hybrid lash set Wednesday for my bachelorette Saturday but leaving the salon & getting into my car, a few lashes were on my cheeks and chest. I thought it was normal so I just didnt pay mind but as the day went on, by simply blinking, groups of them continued to fall out. They’d get stuck to my bottom lashes and as I open my eyes, there goes a few off. Then I woke up my pillow was full of individual & group sets. I see as normally happening as days go on but this amount is unacceptable the day of and day after! I’m so sad & dissappointed. At this rate, Im afraid i won’t have any left for my Bachelorette. I was offered a free refill before Saturday but the reason I went Wednesday was bc I’m unable to go any other day. Then after sending pics for proof of whats happening, there hasnt been any response since. Truthfully speaking, I wouldn’t want a refill any day as this first impression was sadly not good at all.
