We are a Holistic Wellness Center in Downtown St. Pete that specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Stretching. Other services we provide include cupping, medicupping, hot stone, and Himalayan Hot Stone Massage. Our goal is to reduce stress, provide pain relief, prevent sports injuries, decrease the impact of chronic pain and improve the quality of life of our clients.

120 Relaxing Therapeutic Massage
This is a wonderful combination of a therapeutic and relaxation massage. Your therapist will still be focused on problem areas while putting you on another planet.		$150.00
120 minute Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.		$160.00
120 minute Therapeutic Massage
For 90 minutes, your therapist will address your specific areas of concern as well as any areas that may contribute to your area of discomfort. Generally, therapeutic sessions are not full body.		$150.00
30 Minute Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. This controlled pressure alleviates the source of the discomfort. In the absence of any particular malady or abnormality, reflexology may be as effective for promoting good health and for preventing illness as it may be for relieving symptoms of stress, injury, and illness. (Choose one – Feet, Hands, Ears or Face)		$50.00
60 Min CBD Infused Therapeutic Massage
Your massage therapist will cater your session to your needs and use CBD Oil instead of our usual emollients.		$100.00
60 Min Hot Stone Massage
Combining the heat and weight of the stones with the hands of one of our gifted therapists is a special treat.		$100.00

Also known as vacuum therapy, your therapist will use cups with suction through a machine to pull the tissue away from the bones and joints adding space and decongesting tissue.		$100.00

Ernest is SO thorough, after sharing the pain I have been experiencing, he was able to pinpoint exactly what I needed and work through the pain in my back, identifying the source and opening it up. I feel AMAZING after my sessions with Ernest, he goes above and beyond. These are the best massages have received in my life (and I get massages regularly). I have been in continual pain for months, but over the last 2 or 3 weeks it had become so much worse. Continual tingling in my arms & hands & shooting pain in my neck & shoulders. My average sleep was 4 to 5 1/2 hours per night. Last night after my deep tissue massage, I slept for 7 hours! I was able to get out of bed without shooting pain in my neck & shoulders. I have not had any tingling in my arms or hands at all, or the shooting pain I had been experiencing. I am amazed at the drastic difference in just 1 visit. I HIGHLY recommend PWWC!!
