Critical: PunctualityI had made an appointment prior so I wouldn’t have to wait. I got into the store and was told to wait an hour and 30 minutes.It wasn’t on time and the worker was working on another client. Took way too long. They started working on my nails and they cut the sides of my finger multiple times making me bleed a bit.
