Peace Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually don’t review places but this was a absolute disappointment. I made a appointment 2 days in advance for noon. There was 3 of us. We each had our own experience.Me- they drilled my nails down so much I could feel throbbing in more than half of my nails, and still do. They cut down my cuticles so much that it was raw to the touch. I asked kindly after the guy made my mail crooked if he could fix it. He didn’t. My nails still hurt 10 hours after I got them done. Price ($57)Friend #1- when the lady was drilling her nails, she was clearly in pain. Same like mine, her nails are throbbing to the touch. Than another lady came to put on her acrylic, and when she put her nails under the light it was burning. Lastly a 3 rd lady came to do the design. (She wanted heart tips for Valentine’s Day). Clearly crooked, she asked the worker to fix them. She rolled her eyes and fixed one in even nail. Her nails are still hurting. Also, they layered acrylic on the skin of her fingers.Friend #2- they had her move chairs 3 times while getting a manicure. My friend had to move the colors and her own soak bowl herself. It was embarrassing for the company. While the gentleman was drilling her nails( just like the rest of us) it was hurting her. They cut her skin with the drill and put nail glue over it. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy nails were done very poorly. But that was just because of the individual that did them, overall the salon is very nice ans they work well as a team! The owner, Amy, fixed my nails for no charge and they look perfect! Definitely recommend Amy 🙂 the photos are before and after
