I have been going to this place for maybe over a year now to get waxing services. I always go to Rachel Conway at the Plano location! She is the best esthetician I have ever had! I always get a Brazilian, Legs, Underarms, and I recently started getting facial waxing including brows. Its always painless, and she really makes sure to get every last piece of hair. She also takes the time to tweeze out hair if it doesn’t come out the first time with the wax. She is super super thorough and always makes sure to check that she didn’t miss any spots! Despite moving quite far away, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is always very welcoming, non-judgmental, and reassuring, and she has truly taken the time to understand my skin and its sensitivities when providing the services. Moreover, no one has done my eyebrows so well, and I got so many compliments after getting them done! I have never once walked away from a service feeling unsatisfied or uncomfortable. She also is very good about recommending products and suggesting a home care routine to reduce any ingrowns. Most beauty places I have gone to always feel like they try to force you to buy product, but she is not pushy at all and really tries to help you develop a proper routine to reduce ingrowns. She maintains a very clean and sanitary work space which has always been a primary concern of mine when going to get waxed, because I have very sensitive skin and easily break out every time I get waxed (especially on the face). However, I have not once broken out after a waxing service with Rachel!

First time ever getting a body wax and let me tell y’all this place is great!!! Very clean and professional. Britney I believe helped me book my appointment and was very kind and helpful.
